Lindsey Lohan becomes the new face of the Philipp Plein fashion brand


This did take me back a little as we know she hasn’t exactly been an angel recently. So why hire someone for the face of your brand if she has such a bad reputation? Well, I had a gander at the Philipp Plein website and I have to say she fits in nicely there.

The website is very chic and simple; a black background with clean white typography. When I saw the images on their own I thought she looked too static and awkward for design fashion photography, but in the context of the website she rocks it.

The ‘Be yourself!’ slogan on the website reflects the brands message quite clearly, and shows that they hold no judgment on Lindsay’s lifestyle, they may even be drawn in by it! Who knows. This great opportunity for Linsday might encourage her to sharpen her act up a little to avoid any bad publicity.

But probably not…
